What a celebration! And what a great privilege to end off a really busy year with these Eastern Free State wedding photos of Ian & Sumé’s wedding that took place in a very small little town called Marquard.

Marquard has been described as the town where time stands still and it came as no surprise when Ian & Sumé wanted to do things a little different and say their vows in a small town. The ceremony took place in the beautiful church, followed by an evening reception in the street next to the church. Yes, you heard right. They converted the street into an amazing venue for the evening by setting up a transparent wedding marquee where all their closest friends and family could join in their celebration and dance the night away. We are so happy with how these Eastern Free State wedding photos turned out and we feel so thankful that we get to play a small part in capturing memories that people can treasure for a lifetime.
